Housing Simulator 2023 is interactive literature simulating the experience of trying to find a place to live in Australia in 2023.

It is best enjoyed in full screen on a laptop/desktop. (If playing on a mobile device, Google Chrome in landscape seems to work best.)

Housing Simulator 2023 was commissioned for The Suburban Review (2024) and was created in Twine with the support of The Lord Mayor’s Young and Emerging Artists Fellowships, an initiative of Brisbane City Council.
